Greg Mitchell Motors is looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our team in Strabane.

Representing MG, Maxus and Mitsubishi, we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our new and used vehicle sales operation and help us achieve our next stage of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven motor trade professional who knows how to lead a team, drive performance and deliver results.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of our sales department, leading and developing the team while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the sales team.
• Driving new and used vehicle sales across MG, Maxus and Mitsubishi.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and profit targets.
• Managing customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups.
• Coaching the team to maximise sales opportunities and conversion rates.
• Monitoring individual and departmental KPIs.
• Managing stock, pricing and sales activity.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with the General Manager and senior management team.
• Ensuring manufacturer standards, compliance, KPI for Franchises and sales processes are consistently maintained.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales, profitability and customer retention.
• Product promotion, Events & Placements weekly.

About You

We are looking for a proven sales leader with experience within the motor trade.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within a dealership environment.
• A proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• A strong understanding of automotive sales KPIs and profitability.
• A positive, energetic and hands-on management style.
• The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
• A full UK driving licence.
