What can we do to help finance your purchase?

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit brokerage. Our FCA number is 669679.

We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer your finance for your purchase, we are only able to offer finance products from these providers who will likely offer us an incentive to do so. We will not charge you any fee for our services.

Those financial providers can offer the following products, Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase, Personal Contract Hire and Personal Loans for all retail customers as well as a range of business funding solutions for corporate customers.

Can we give you independent financial advice?

No, we are not independent financial advisors and are unable to give you independent financial advice.

Complaints Policy

At Greg Mitchell Policy we pride ourselves on delivering first class customer satisfaction to all our customers, however we understand that every now and again we unfortunately don’t meet expectations. When this happens the first step to take is to get in contact with a member our team.

If you have a General complaint:

For complaints relating to non-regulated activities and regulated actitives e.g. finance, this is anything concerning the dealership, sales or after sales.
